Tiffany is one half of the ownership team at Three Palms and her enthusiasm is contagious! She's been working in the beauty industry since 2018, and is our lash and brow expert here. She adores the cozy and confidential one on one experience she provides her clients, and is determined to show everyone their full glam potential!
Char
With both a BFA in Theatre and her Cosmetology license, Char has been a beauty industry artist and educator for over a decade. She’s been involved in Salon Management since 2017.
Heather
Heather has been working in the salon industry since 2018. She is a beauty knowledge sponge! She is always keeping up with trends and learning new techniques. Hair is Heathers art form and how she expresses her creativity. Her clients love her for her knowledge and advice on hair and scalp care alike! Her specialties are Lived in Blondes, Fantasy color, and Extensions. However she is well experienced in all salon services!
Jesse
Jesse is an accomplished hair stylist with 15 years of experience, offering luxury services tailored to individual beauty needs. He combines creativity, technique, and customer service to ensure satisfaction. Specializing in advanced color techniques such as corrective, blonding, and fantasy, Jesse customizes looks for each client. He is also certified in multiple extension brands, including Hairdreams® and DreamCatchers®.
EMILY
Introducing our new assistant Emily! She graduated from Eastern Monroe Career Center with her cosmetology license in 2022. She is our newest addition to the team and is excited to learn. She is ready to explore and learn more about the hair world and the beauty industry to find out what she would like to specialize in. We are excited to help guide her and watch her explore her talents!

Christy has been in the industry for over 25 years and loves making people feel beautiful. She’s passionate about the specialty field of mature beauty artistry, ensuring her clients look and feel their best at EVERY age. Meet Haley, our amazing esthetician! Joining the industry in 2022, she specializes in full body waxing for all genders. She’s also passionate about facials, back facials, spray tanning, and body scrubs. Haley’s goal is to make every guest feel as confident as possible, whether it’s a quick 5-minute eyebrow wax or a luxurious hour-long facial.
